8oz. dried elbow macaroni
2eggs, beaten lightly
1 1/2c. milk
1can (12 oz.)evaporated milk
2 1/2c. (10 oz.)sharp Cheddar, shredded
Salt and pepper
Instructions
» In a large bowl, mix eggs, milk, and evaporated milk, combining thoroughly.» Reserve 1/2 c. shredded cheese. Stir remaining 2 c. cheese and macaroni into milk mixture. » Season mixture with salt and pepper to taste.» Spray inside of crockpot with non-stick spray.» Pour macaroni mixture into crockpot. » Sprinkle reserved cheese on top.» Cook on Low heat for 5 hours, or until edges are beginning to brown. Leave it alone as it cooks – don’t open the lid or stir.
