This dish is quick to prepare, but adds a touch of class to your mac & cheese.

Ingredients
1 box macaroni & cheese
1/4 c. milk
1/4c.margarine
1/3c. frozen peas
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
2 tbsp. dry white wine
1/3 c.half & half
2 oz. prosciutto, cut in matchstick slices
Salt and pepper
1/4 c.grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
» Prepare macaroni & cheese with milk and margarine according to directions on the box, or use your favorite variation.» While the macaroni is cooking, sauté the peas in a small skillet with butter or margarine and white wine for 2-3 minutes.» Add half & half and prosciutto to skillet, and simmer 3 minutes.» When macaroni is prepared, stir peas and prosciutto mixture into macaroni.» Season with salt and pepper to taste.» Serve macaroni and sprinkle with Parmesan.
